The Origin of Nóveria™
Nóveria™ was founded by Paula Howell in December 2024 as a principled response to a problem too many women face: being required to participate in complex systems—legal, financial, social—without ever being taught how. Born from Paula’s own experience navigating high-conflict litigation as a single mother, Nóveria™ emerged from a deeply personal question:
What if structure, clarity, and personal alignment were seen as survival tools—not luxuries?
While raising her daughter, Paula juggled caregiving, advocacy, and legal preparation—often in spaces where her truth was minimized and her efforts dismissed. She quickly discovered that even when women speak clearly, they are too often misunderstood—not because they lack strength, but because they lack support.
Nóveria™ is the space between what systems demand and what women need to survive them with dignity. It is not about resistance; it is about readiness. It is not a reaction to crisis—it is a blueprint for informed living.

Through this framework, Paula helps women reclaim agency in environments that would rather reduce them to silence. Novéria™ is now the foundation of all her work, including Informed Litigation™, Milestones of Love Society™, Informed Independence™, and Howell Academics™.
Paula brings more than 20 years of experience in education, coaching, and system navigation. She holds a Bachelor of Education with Honours in Early Childhood Education and Developmental Psychology, and has earned advanced credentials in Human Resource Management from Cornell University, Family Mediation from York University, and certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Time Line Therapy®. She is currently completing her Master’s in Counselling Psychology, with a focus on relational trauma, systems theory, and personal transformation.
